I never experienced such useless customer service. I took them almost 4 weeks to adjust my profile as some data was wrong. The agents on the phone always told me the same story, and the replies to my emails were always standard text. However, for everyone who gets more and more frustrated, I can only recommend to ask for a supervisor or manager. Within 2 hours my issue was solved. Be prepared that the agent on the help line will try to avoid to transfer your call. Just be clear about that and don't let them convince you to wait for another couple of days/weeks/whatever. Saves a lot of time and nerves...
