It must be showing due date in the dashboard.

I checked and it is like this now

It says Evaluation in Progress at the bottom, So I guess they have accepted the documents and now evaluating.

Is it 20 calendar days or business days?

No evaluation hasn't started, the moment from when you evaluation starts it takes 20 days, Still your docs need to be accepted before evaluation can start

But there it says

"Evaluation in Progress

Your evaluation is in progress..."

Albeit it says "Pending" just above. That's why I am confused.

But there it says

"Evaluation in Progress

Your evaluation is in progress..."

Albeit it says "Pending" just above. That's why I am confused.

It means your next action is "evaluation in progress". Once your docs have been accepted, you can also click on the details tab and see that they have accepted all your sent documents.

My status turned to this level yesterday. By the way, yours is quicker. My evaluation was due for completion by 13/03.

Yes I know my status changes to Evaluation in review on 27th and Final review on 28th

My wife's ECA has been a disaster so far. Documents sent to WES via DHL and were received by WES on 24th of January. Then on 26th they updated the status to "We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s)". Then they updated the same again on 29th, after that a long wait till 13th of February when the put us on hold requiring direct verification from the issuing institution. After that had to went through a hell of trouble with the institution who kept saying that they have replied to the WES verification email and WES kept saying they didnt receive any. This went on for two weeks after finally yesterday I went to the university and they allowed me to take a screenshot of their monitor confirming that they really did sent confirmation email to WES. I then called WES and also sent them the screenshot via facebook after which they updated my account status to this again....

This thing of going back and forth with verification is pure madness.

Special3220, Did you contact you them or this update on their website..
I feel I might be in a soup so just gearing up I need to start reaching out the university.

Would the forum members suggest dropping them an email. Documents delivered 20th Feb 2018...Last update on 27 Feb still says " We are reviewing your doc...."

That takes another 15 days approximately. They have to accept your documents before they start their evaluation.
