Share your WES timelines for 2017

Hello all
I am planning to apply for ECA from pakistan but i am a lil bit confused when i visited WES canada website and from there i started registration.

During registration before Payment section WES asks for WES ICAP or WES Basic, I am confused what to select and further there are two more categories under both sections (WES ICAP or WES Basic) i.e course by course and document by document.

I havent been able to figure it out that for which category to apply.

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

I had a pleasant experience with WES, got my online report from ECA within 2 weeks from the date of my documents dispatched.

They took a total of 8 working days to issue me the report online from the day they received it. I received the hard copy report in another 4 days time.

Not that this is the appropriate thread for this, but I dont think you get this option while selecting "ECA for IRCC" option.

You got very lucky! Been 15 working days for mine so far and still "evaluation in progress" driving me insane!

Here is my weird timeline:

School documents (HSC/Intermediate) received by WES (courier delivery date): 1st May 2017
Documents received/review in progress: 5th May 2017
University documents received by WES (courier delivery date): 9th May 2017
University documents received by WES (date told as per call with WES): 12th May 2017

Still waiting for change of status to "evaluation in progress" - technically it has been more than 7 business days since WES received my complete documents.

Update:
Status change to evaluation in progress: 22nd May 2017
Evaluation completed and soft copy received: 23rd May 2017

I had applied WES for ECA evaluation recently. Just wanted to know how the timelines for WES in 2017. I do see lot of threads for the same, but those are old (2014,2016).Can you people share your WES timelines ? I am from India (Bangalore) and got all the transcripts signed from bangalore university before applying ECA.

• Applied ECA and Paid fees : 7-JAN-2017
• Sent all the documents to WES by DHL : 7-JAN-2017 (I had prepared college transcripts readily)
• Courier delivered to WES : 10-JAN-2017
• Status: Awaiting Documents : 15-JAN-2017
• Sent an email using support option about the delay :15-JAN-2017
• Staus changed to Document Received - Review in progress :18-JAN-2017
• No updates for a week :26-JAN-2017
• Sent an email using support option about the delay :26-JAN-2017

It's good to know how others facing problem with WES. I will update the thread once i receive any updates

Friends: A cousin of mine status

• Applied ECA and Paid fees : 11-MAR-2017
• Sent all the documents to WES by UPS : 11-MAR-2017 (I had prepared college transcripts readily)
• Courier delivered to WES : 15-MAR-2017
• Status: "Waiting for verification from institution" after documents received, evaluation in progress etc
• Sent several emails, faxes, sent transcripts again through Controller of Exams :
• Today 23 May 2017 the status changed to "Evaluation in Progress"

Don't know whether WES
will take the standard processing time of twenty business days.
If additional research, correspondence or verification is required, the evaluation will take longer.

Extremely disappointing, missed so many draws. But confident to get an ITA with CRS 472.

You can use the document tracker on WES website. Enter your courier tracking number, and see if your package has reached WES or not.
If reached at WES, wait for another day or two. If not, wait patiently...

Its been delivered on 19th May but still the status shows waiting for the documents and even I tried courier tracking number and it says invalid tracking number

You used the tracker on WES but returned invalid number? Then I recommend you call WES. A fairly long wait time (half an hour min) but someone will pick up the phone.

Usually it is either "not found" or "received". Invalid is weird. This is why I recommend you to call them.
