Yes, it works again, but on "Review Documents" for 2-3 weeks now :/

I sent my documents on the 25th, they received it on the 28th. They changed my status to documents received on the 3rd (because I kept mailing them). They finally changed the status to evaluation in progress on the 13th (because again I kept mailing )

I am really chuffed. It was a long wait and I finally got my correct report today. I am now getting ready to enter the pool with a score of 472. Hope to get through the next draw

Hello Guys,

Finally I received my ECA from WES after about 50 days of consistent followup via emails, tweets, calls..sigh!

Now, I am hoping to complete my EE profile by today itself so that i am there in the pool for the expected 22nd March, 2017 draw.

Myself - MBA from UK (Sent directly from University)
Spouse - BCA from India (Got sealed envelope from University and sent with application)

Sent the documents on 16th Feb for both myself and spouse.

Order Date - 16th Feb
Documents received (as per FedEx) - 20th Feb
Changed status to Documents Received - 27th Feb (After repeated emails)

For my MBA from UK
Changed to Evaluation in Progress - 03rd March
ECA received online - 14th March

For my spouse BCA from India
Changed to Evaluation in Progress - 03rd March
ECA - Not yet received

Not sure if anyone has faced similar situation when the docs have been received to WES on the same day and all other processes have moved in same timeline. But only stuck for one in 'Evaluation In Progress'

I suggest, please follow them up through twitter. That really works (atleast in my case that did).

Although, they would take 20 business days from "Evaluation in progress", no matter what.

Is it 20 days from 'Evaluation in Progress' or from the 'Documents Received' ???

All it says on WES site - "The standard processing time is 20 business days. If additional research, correspondence or verification is required, the evaluation will take longer.

Hello Members,

Just here to share my experience with WES Canada.

1. Documents received at WES office: 2 Feb, 2017
2. 1st email regarding status update: 4 Feb, 2017
3. Status update to "Review in Progress": 6 Feb, 2017
4. 2nd email regarding status update: 8th Feb, 2017
5. Received an email saying that evaluation will be completed by 6 March, 2017.
6. Status update to "Evaluation in Progress": 15 Feb, 2017

I have been waiting ever since. Have written them 2 more emails but to no avail. They dont reply back and neither do they answer your calls.

I hope I get my ECA ASAP. These WES people are seriously very slow.

5 business days to show documents were received (between dhl and change on website)
1 business days for start of evaluation
16 business days for completion of evaluation

I emailed them using the webform and asked them for an estimated completion date. They gave it to me and they met that estimation completion date though there was a long delay based on what was on their website.

Hello Guys,

Below is my WES timelines.

My university provided transcripts to me and I had to submit it to WES.

1. Sent transcripts and Doc to WES on 4th Feb 2017
2. WES updated "Received documents and review in progress" on 8th Feb 2017.
3. Status changed to "Evaluation in Progress" only on 24th Feb 2017 (I did not know about contacting WES and did not email them in between, I know feel I should have contacted them earlier, and they would have moved it to Evaluation in Progress sooner.
4. Evaluation Completed on 21st Mar 2017

After they receive the documents the status should change to Evaluation in progress in 4-5 days, if not email them.

I updated my profile just now, I hope it still qualified for tomorrows Draw (if there is one

My husband's ECA was very quick once WES received all documents (14 days only). It was a Brazilian bachelor's degree and INSEAD MBA degree.

Mine felt like forever, but it did take around 20 business days (after all documents). The problem is I didn't know when they received my MBA transcripts. My university took forever to issue and mail them. I don't know if it made any difference in my case, but I did call WES to inquire on my assessment status. My evaluation involved a Brazilian bachelor degree and an american MBA.

I applied to WES on Sep 20 and got my ECA on Mar 13.

Now that I have my ECA I am anxiously waiting for the next draw!

Documents sent: 31 Jan
Documents received: 24 Feb
Documents review in progress: 3 Mar
Evaluation in progress: 19 Mar
