21st December 2017 - Documents received and under review -
10th January 2018 - Documents accepted and "we are reviewing your evaluation report" -
- Your evaluation is due for completion on 30th January 2018
27th January 2018 - We received your documents. We are reviewing your documents

My status has gone 1 step back. Is this normal or do I need to worry?
Anyone has idea on this scenario?

Yes you can. You’d almost get similar points as for masters.

I have this status " Documents accepted and "we are reviewing your evaluation report" since Jan 17 and same status updated on Jan 19, so should i mail asking them it's taking much more time or it's normal and i should wait for a week ? Based on ankurrana & mohit2018 replies i guess it takes around 15-20 days.

I am in a similar situation. I asked them why did the date change but status remain same they said ‘we first got one set of docs and then another set of docs so it was updated twice’. When I checked with my university they sent same transcripts twice. They also said the review is going on and different universities would take different time for review to be done and ‘accept’ the documents. It’s from date of acceptance that it would take 20 working days for the ECA to be out.

i was in same situation and i dropped them mail regarding it. They replied back to say that i need to wait till the due date and it will complete around that date only. Though my due date was on 26th, but i received my report on 30th. So, i guess, you could wait. Hope this helps.

I have opened and paid fees for my wife's WES evaluation two days ago. It is showing "Status: In Progress, We are currently reviewing your application".
When I did for myself it showed me message, "Status: In hold, we are waiting for your documents" immediately after payment. also gave me option to print their delivery address with reference. Why it is showing different status for my wife's application? Does it means her application still not accepted? Should I not sent the documents now? Payment was accepted immediately though. please share your view.

you can send the docs. I had the same situation for my spouse's application but i sent them the docs and the status was directly changed to 'Doc received & reviewing'. So no problem as per my opinion.

How would they give ECA without verifying transcripts. The ‘we received your documents’ or ‘in progress’ is a technical glitch. Happened with me too. When I emailed them and called them after mailing they informed me about the technical issues and rectified in a few days. Better call them and send your documents. They can’t do anything without fee and documents.

Hi all. My WES status was "All documents were reviewed and accepted. Updated 1/11/2018" Due date for completion was 1/31/2018. Today it was changed to "Status: In progress / We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s). Status last updated: 1/31/2018"

It's changed back to "reviewing your document(s). Did this happen to anyone before?

They received all my Documents on the 13 December 2017 and it was completed on 9 January 2018. It initially said it should have been completed by 4 Jan 2018 but it wasn’t.

Hi All Gurus,

Need expert guidance from you all for submitting documents to WES. I have completed my B.E from Mumbai University in 2006 (Degree Awarded Year).

Below were the documents send to WES for verification

1st and 4th Year Marksheets Attested by University --> I got these marksheets attested from Churchgate. I was given an open envelope with university stamp on back side which i sealed by putting the attested marksheets in it. For my case semester 1 marksheet was issued by my college and not by University. Semester 2 marksheet was issued by university.
2nd and 3rd Year Marksheets Attested by College --> I got these marksheets attested from my college and were send in college sealed envelope.

I received below response from WES

Not Accepted

Reason: Document was not received in accordance with WES stated document requirements.

Instructions: Mark sheets for year 2 and 3 of your study program (semesters 3-6) may be issued and attested by the college you attended. Mark sheets representing year 1 and 4 of study must be issued and attested by the University of Mumbai.

Not sure what mistake did i make as i followed the instruction mentioned on WES website

Do i need to go to Kalina for getting the attested copies in sealed envelope??
If i can do it from Churchgate then could someone help to understand in better way, what would be the exact procedure??
Somehow i get a feel that as i am including Sem 1 marksheet (issue by college) hence WES is rejecting. Is there a procedure to convert Sem 1 marksheet from college to University or do i need a covering letter stating that as per old rules Sem 1 marksheet were issued by college and unviersity..?

Appreciate any and every kind of guidance/suggestion.

even I had the same problem. I have done my diploma so 1st and 2nd sem marks arenot there with me.now I don't know what more documents do I need to send.
