Share your WES timelines for 2017

Here are our timelines:

My timeline:
Document delivered to WES: 23 Oct 17
Updated to Received document: 24 Oct 17
Document accepted & Reviewing evaluation report:27 Oct 17
Due date: 16 Nov 17, then updated to 6 Nov 17
Final review: 30 Oct 17
Report: 2 Nov 17

For my spouse's:
Document delivered to WES:23 Oct 17
Updated to Received document: 25 Oct 17
Document accepted & Reviewing evaluation report: 8 Nov 17
Due date: 28 Nov 17
Final review: N/A
Report: 27 Nov 17

As you see both our documents arrived at WES at the same time (universities in the same country). However I had a super speedy case, got my report in less than 2 weeks' time, while my spouse's document got stuck with them for over a month.
Some observations:
- When your document is accepted, the due date is automatically +20 days (27 Oct -> 16 Nov, 8Nov -> 28 Nov). In my case 2 days after that, it was updated again to 6 Nov.
- Emailing, writing feedback, Twitter, etc. didn't really help in our delayed case.
- Both of us received email for report around 12 midnight EST time.
- My spouse got the report on a Sunday night (Canada time). So it's possible to have updates over the weekend.
- My spouse didn't even have a "Final review" stage. Just straight to report, while my profile stayed at Final review for about 3 days.

Thanks for the prompt reply. WES took around 2 weeks to accept my docs and have been waiting since then for the ECA, which is due on 6th Dec as per their website. Its really perplexing how some cases move quickly after acceptance and some seem to take eternity!

Couldnt understand whether its a rule at WES that evaluation cannot be completed before 20 days or results cant be released before 20 days even if evaluation is complete!!

They waste lot of time just to accept the documents. My documents were received on 9th Nov, but they accepted this documents on 21 of Nov. My due date is 11 Dec, let see if they can complete this on the specified date.

Hello Everyone i have applied for wes and already sent the documents and wes acknowledged that the documents have been received and accepted and earlier the timeline was like your documents are being reviewed and the evaluation will be completed on 8th december 2017 and today i got an email that your transcript copy is of poor quality and is unreadable kindly ask your institution to send again now when i am going to send another will it take the same amount of time as it did first or less.

They will take full 20 days to review. I'm not sure how this that happened though, once they reviewed and accepted your documents.

Yeh exactly if there was such issue they should have notified earlier now after almost one month they are saying such a waste of time

My WES timelines:

Courier sent (from India via DHL) - 25th Oct
Courier received (as per DHL) - 27th Oct
Wes status to document received - 30th Oct
Wes status update to doc received - 2nd Nov again
Wes status to On Hold - Awaiting document - 10th Nov

I messaged them twice on twitter for status update and simultaneously mail thru contact us option.

Status On Hold stating B.E. Marksheets not as per WES requirement. My BE is from Mumbai University (2004 pass out-old course). Hence, Sem 1 marksheet from college. Clarified this to WES in writing thru Contact us option.

Also, called them and explained the issues. To my surprise, on the contrary to the info on the forum the call was answered immediately and concluded the call within 10 mins.

Will update on the progress.
