"You have submitted your application. Please allow 15 minutes for your status to be updated" this message was showing up on my account page today morning and sometime later, showing the same old status. Nothing updated. Do you guys seen any progress after this message on each time?

The system was going thru maintenance this morning, which is why it resettled all accounts to the first update when you start an application and after a couple minutes, went back to the last update for your account. It didn't mean they were going to update the status. Just a routine maintenance check unfortunately

Yet another day ends and no progress. I have submitted a query as well asking about futher progress on application. Haven’t heard from them yet. Would calling them up be helpful by any chance ? There is no progress since 15th Sept on my application.

I have a report completion date of 13/10/2017. Is it possible the ECA report could come early?? I want to try to make the upcoming October draw

Sorry to hear that!! but you will get it by tomorrow!! May I know your timelines, at least when WES has updated your application to Evaluation in progress? did you receive even the online report yet?

No, I haven't received the online report, and the status is still "We are reviewing your evaluation report". Here is my timeline:
Application submitted and payment made: 16 August
Institution 1 Documents delivered: 21 August
Institution 2 Documents delivered: 21 August
Status: We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s): 24 August
Status didn't change for a long time, so I sent them an email (after waiting for about 9 days)
Status: We are reviewing your evaluation report. Your evaluation is due for completion on 9/26/2017: 6 September

Don't worry you'll get it today. My friend's report was due on Monday but she got it yesterday 6 am canada time.

15/Sep/17: Mailed my documents to WES through Canada Post
26/Sep/17: We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).

Haha. I wish I had access to free calls. With my level of OCD they wouldn't have been able to handle any other calls than mine Lol

Now come to think of it I emailed them on 18th and afterwards they changed my status to reviewing your evaluation report. Today is 20th is it too soon to email them? Or should I give them a little breather for few days?

My status is stuck at " we are reviewing your evaluation report " since 18th sept. I messaged on 20th ,no reply so far. Its going to be 8 working days since my account is stuck on this particular update. Dunno why WES is so slow? Argh!

Can you see the due day in the Pending section? They say it takes 20 days to complete the evaluation since the day your status is changed to "We are reviewing your evaluation report". They often reply emails after 1 week, but the reply isn't specific at all. This is the email you will probably receive after 1 week from the day you sent them an email: "Thank you for contacting us, we understand your concerns. Please be advised, ECA credential assessments are estimated to take 20 business days from the time of receipt and acceptance of all required documents and payment. Your file is currently under review; please continue to check your status online for updates."

Same here. Status changed to " we are reviewing your evaluation report " on 21st September and it's still same today. When documents were under review, they usually updated status every 3 working days. Seems like they will run an update this week which will update time stamp on all accounts. My report is due on 12 Oct.

Tentative completion date given is 6th October however I was expecting some status update till now stating either "evaluation in progress" or "final review" or something similar.
