, mate no worries at all regarding the gap . You just gave your exams in april 11.. whereas the result might have been out few months back.
such a small gap is commonplace for students applying for jan intake and few months( not years) dont even count as a gap .
it goes without saying that the question of what was done in gap months doesn't arise at all.. and even if it arises than we can explain that we were busy deciding the course..arranging documents.. bank loan etc .
