Hi, any updates?

Guys, my visa office is Montreal.
I got Portal 1 on May 6. Replied the same day.
Today is June 5, still no update.

I had filled in a webform within 15 days of submitting Portal 1. Just got acknowledgment receipt, nothing else. Can anyone advise in the next steps?

GU1 : July 24,2024 ( Final decision, your application still in progress) gc key

I haven't got any update since july 24, also i didn't get any Correspondent from them, also i called ircc to check the status of the application because i passed the processing time which is 35 days, they told me wait without giving me any update or even a time limit to my application.

So please, if somebody was in the same situation can help to let me know what is going on?

Note: I'm the only one in my family who is Stucked at GU1, we all got ECOPR on Jun 27, 2024.

My wife is in the same situation, we both got our GU1 on July 24th, and I got my GU2 on July 27th and PR card on the 31st of July. But my wife's status still stuck at GU1, final decision on July 24th. If any updates please keep us informed, and will do the same.

I got my name twice on eCoPR (first name "John Doe" Last name "John Doe" and my name is just given name "John Doe" in my Passport). I have to visit back home but I cant go because the process for name amendment in eCoPR takes 6 months after that we need to replace PR card as well which is again 1-2 months procedure plus I cant apply for Sin without the correct eCoPR or PR card and cant work here for 6 months which will again a problem when I have to apply for Tax. This whole process is crazy. If some one know any way out of it please help.

applied for PR in 2022 MAY
and got portal 1 in 2024 SEP 03
replied same day
after 15 days got portal 2
and portal 2 in 2024 sep 17
replied next took off from to bcz i didnt wana mess it up
uploaded the pics giving error that its to bright or to dark i took almost 10 pics but still
no use then i use the online tool to brighten the image and it was sucessfully uploaded now im w8ing
for ECOPR
i hope i recieve it soon

but i live in MISSISAUGA my refugee case was submitted in missisauga ircc by phiscal MAIL from they first day im living in MISSISAUGA ONATRIO
but idk why they sent my file to montreal vo and my lawer subimit the pr application by mail too
