I'm based in Toronto, how do I find out what my VO is?

Or is it just Toronto? and if so, does anyone have the current wait times for Toronto?

No eCOPR yet. Uploaded photos and declaration on October 24, 2022. Almost a month now. VO Montreal. I know some who got there eCOPR right away. They just uploaded this month and got it right away.

Yes, I just received Ecopr 11.14 after 14 days waiting since I uploaded 10.30 photos. Now the portal shows address is accepted but photo is still in review
