Today, I received my credentials and submitted my photo. Do you know when should I pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee?

Quick question- Got eCOPR for my child on Jan 17. Awaiting PR card since 40 days

Today, in the PR portal, it is showing 'File not uploaded' in the Photo section. Before it used to be 'In review with IRCC', Anybody has any idea what to do? is it a glitch?

Yeah, looks like a glitch, I've been tracking mine and some days/time it shows "In Review" and sometimes it shows "File not uploaded"
