Sorry to ask but where this candidate talk about the employees under him ? An de about the number off employees ?Guys, i have read here in the forum of a guy who had a verification call. He had a problem because what he said (number of people under him, and their names, JD and some other issues) and what his superior said was totally different. Maybe this verification also is done when, your employment cert and employment history has a discrepancy or difference. Thay VO will read between the lines an underlying lies and exagerations.
So a Tip: always be truthful because if ever they will call, you will be cleared.
As far as I know now the reference letter doesn’t show that kind of infos !
