You can send through mail to CIO Sydney mention your UCI number and Application number but webform is better option

1. How many days the background processing will take ?

You can apply your application via online now not paper-based!!
It will be super faster than paper-based to reach the AOR step.
But you have to checkout your application many many times cuz they will reject your application if it's not perfect.
