I received today for request of Biometric Payment. And UCI # & Application Number. What does it mean? Is this considered to be AOR?

I have submitted my application under PNP-NON-EE on September 25, 2024. And I was informed to link my application with IRCC account.

They have mentioned the biometric number after payment. And I can't understand if I need to go for Biometric or Not.

Here is the whole status:
Review of eligibility
  • We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results
  • You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
Review of additional documents
  • We need additional documents to process your application. We will send you a letter or email with details.
Interview
  • You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics
  • We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check
  • Not applicable.
Final decision
  • Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
No, you don't need to go for your biometrics yet. they will reach out to you indicating that they you to go complete your biometrics. Same happened with me, they sent me a request to pay for my biometrics and they sent the AOR at the same time. Since than I haven't heard anything from them, called them a few times to ensure that they have recieved my payment and they confirmed that they have recieved it.

Hi - Not sure if anyone knows, at what point background checks actually start? So, in our case, here are the timelines:

Jun 19’24 - PR application
Aug 26’24 - Biometric done
Sep 24’24 - RPRF fee & AOR
Nov 19’24 - Medical done
Nov 20’24 - Pre-Arrival Letter
Since then, no updates

Not sure if checks may have started after Biometric or PAL.
Apparently, the last I spoke with them they stated there is no specific order to this as I reached out to them regarding my biometrics. They asked me to pay for my biometrics in October, since then haven't heard from them called them a few weeks ago to ensure they are not missing anything on my end, they stated that they are conducting my background checks first and they still haven't reached out to me for my biometrics or medical.

Really just waste of time to email anywhere, they will process your file when it is your turn. If it made any difference everyone would be doing it. Sit tight and be patient. And for the job change, as long as you change your job after ecopr, you are fine. Which I did too. But just make sure you remain in the community that you might get some problem renewing your pr when you leave. Though it looks like you like your employer and he paid for everything? If you leave as soon as you get PR then it will decrease trust between employers and new immigrants who are seeking a new life in the community. So, it is your choice.
I got a better job offer within the community.
I don't want to go elsewhere as I like the location I settled in. Just have a better option and don't want to miss the opportunity.

Assume you discussed the possibility of you leaving with your employer or are prepared to offer to repay all the fees the employer paid that they didn’t have to. They likely paid your fees because they felt like it was investment to secure you as employee not just because they are a nice person.

I've been working for this company for two years, when I came to work as an admin, there were two people working for the duties I'm covering, two people's work I do by myself. Remember no employer will pay for your needs unless you are beneficial for them. If you are jealous be quiet and not tell me what to do.
I'll give a regular two weeks notice and will do whatever I want after getting PR. No payback/repay was discussed in the beginning and I will not offer this to him. I hope you won't be too envious about it.

Hey, May applicants! Any one knows when will be a FD made after the ghost update like mine here below? :
