It's not confirmed, but it varies from file to file, on average 1 to 1.5 months usually
No pattern on timelines after ADR
Some get approval in 2 weeks
Some in a month
Some after 2 months
Can't say really
Keep checking and hope an update comes sooner rather than later

My adr is also in review
But my background check has gone to not applicable since 4th of this month
I called IRCC and they said my eligibility is complete security in process and criminality not started yet.

What is the meaning background check not applicable ?

Federal Submitted: 29, Aug 23
AOR/BIL: 8, Sep 24
ADR Request: 19, Jan 24 (Pay Stubs, Educational Degree)
ADR Submitted: 22, Jan 24
ADR in Review: 1, Feb 24
Ghost Update: 13, Feb 24 (BG Changed to "In Progress" and changed back to Not Applicable)

After that no update [IRCC said BG is in progress from past 3 weeks]

Does anyone know why BG has changed to NA but it is in progress in the application?
