Applying whit my wife and 2 kids through North bay - RNIP

This is my time line

2023 August 10 - community recommendation received
September 30 - submitted PR application
October 13 - received AOR and biometric instructions
October 20 - biometrics done
2024 January 4 - medical examination instructions
January 19 - medicals submitted
January 23 - ghost update, you passed the medical exam.

What would be the next step ? Still waiting for an update, has anyone whit the same time line received any update ?

VO- Whitehourse ? I am also having the similar timeline but no ADR, last update medical passed on Aug 25. No update after that but Background check status changed to
"Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your backgroundcheck." from "Your Application is in process. we will send you a message once the final decision has been made." Not sure about stage of my application.
