I need urgent help
I have applied for RNIP pr today
I would like to apply for my husband work permit(he is in india)
I already have pgwp expiring next year.
The website says
“Your spouse or common-law partner can apply for an open work permit at the same time as you apply for your 1-year work permit.”

Can he apply by himself from india?
What if i apply for a work permit from canada adding him now?
(Ircc customer service says i have to wait for an year to apply for a work permit until my pgwp expires)

September 11th- application resent
October 14- medical request

October 20th- submitted ADR
October 25th- ADR(IMM5669)
October 26th- submitted ADR(IMM5669)
October 26th- ADR(PCC)
November 4th- did medical exam
November 9th- passed the medical
November 10th- submitted ADR(PCC)
December 15th- Approval and pr portal request

Hello, i wonder if there's any member who applied on Dec 2022 so we can keep on track.

22 December 2022 - submitted inland , BC.
6 January 2023 - received email with UCI and application number

Please has anyone experienced this: I got an email that two documents were missing from my package and that the application is being returned. But it still yet to be returned on the portal. What could be wrong.

Hi please I need an urgent clarification. When you application was first returned, did you submit a fresh application or you amended it on the portal.

I got an RNIP invitation in November, submitted PR on Dec 21, 2022, and am still waiting for AOR. How long does it take to get AOR after you submit the PR application?
