Don't worry they won't reject it and did you submit a letter of explanation stating you got Community acceptance and had applied for PR on PR portal?
My timeline is:
Community acceptance: 22nd Feb 2024
Applied for Federal on PR portal: April 16
Applied for Wp extension without AOR: June 4
Aor Recieved: June 10
Again applied for WP extension with AOR: June 24
Biometric request: July 10
Biometric approved: July 15
Medical Approved: July 18
Initial WP extension withdrawn by officer: July 24
Wp Approved: July 24
Waiting for Updates now...
I didn't submit a letter of explanation but I attached a copy of the recommendation. I hope that is sufficient. Thank you for sharing your timeline. I am getting a bit worried as I was told that the typical timeline for AOR is 6 weeks and I am way past that as I applied on August 15th. Could that be a bad sign that its taking this long?

I also completed my biometric, it is showing on my portal but nothing afterwards. But I want to ask, can I go for upfront medical.
Yes, please do so. Since you get the Medical Request, all you can do is upload the response to the Medicals you may have done upfront immediately, and that saves processing times.

Hello,

I applied for my PR on August 15th, 2024 and there was no update till now besides the biometrics payment request. what does that mean? I do have an application number attached to the email. can I attach the application number to my work permit application now? as I uploaded my work permit application without the AOR. Any advice on this would be appreciated. Thank you!

Yeah that should be okay, I got AOR in 2 months. So, be positive and keep patience.

I have not gotten the medical request, just thinking I should do the medical in advance and upload to my portal.
