In additional documents section its showing you don't need additional documents to submit...so does it mean they don't need it right now they will tell me when its needed or does that mean they don't need it for my file ???
Do you know? What does that mean?
It means you don't need it now, but they can call for ADRs anytime, thus it's not definite that your file doesn't need ADRs at all
The period after the medical pass, usually they ask for ADR, wait and watch and keep checking your GC Key

I was receiving my salary in hard cash and not in account because it was a company policy but they are willing to give me salary certificate will it be enough to proof my experience and also i file my income tax returns are these two documents would be enough ???
