Now the processing time for Indians students is 7 weeks, some got visa within four weeks while some got visa more after more than 7 weeks, so time is not fixed in any scenario

I reapplied on 14th July (Offline General Category) Delhi VFS. My orientation is on 28th Aug. The classes start on 5th September (Mentioned in LOA)
will they be considering these or will take there own time?

They don't care about your orientation, they are going to take their own time
