Thanks!
PPR sent by registered mail (postman delivered to the door and signature required).
Also no "medical received" on Ecas, so don't bother about it.

I'm sure yours will arrive very soon, good luck!

NOC 0111
I live in SG, so will submit PP in person.
Sorry I am not clear; 'submit in person' means you will go to Singapore VO and get the visa in the same day? or do you have to go through IOM and wait for several weeks? When do you plan to land anyway?

I mean I reside in SG (a PR of SG). I just need to take the PP to the embassy and pick up about two wks later.

I plan to land around May next year.

Cheers!

SG here means Singapore, not Sai Gon!

Finally, after 36 months from initial applicaton, I got my COPR and Visa!!

PPR came 21 Aug 2012 and PP submitted on 31 Aug 2012, but they suddenly asked for updated SG PCC on 2 Sep 2012, causing another month of delay!

It's understandable as the previous SG PCC was over 2 years old. I just wonder why they didn't request together with MR. I think they only discovered that something was missing during the final check before issuing Visa.

Lesson: they can still ask for documents even after PPR, so beware!
