Does she have a job offer and approved LMIA? Or eligible under LMIA exemption? She needs to find employment with LMIA in her field. So once she has a job offer the employer pays $1k and files for the LMIA showing that no Canadian or PR could do the job, only your wife. Then once she has LMIA, she applies for a closed work permit. Few employers go through the process. If no to both, then it will be difficult. Processing may be long depending where you live.
then is there any issue regarding my ban in her file?
She has studied in information technology field and she has experience in office admin job then she has find LMIa in her job experience field or in field of study???

She needs a job offer in her job experience. An employer can only file for a LMIA if they can’t hire a Canadian or PR to do the office admin job, only your wife. Her chances are low as few will look at her application because she doesn’t have work authorization. She then needs to show her job experience through reference letters. Processing can be long to get approved LMIA. If you live in India, work permit processing is 45 weeks. This is after waiting for approved LMIA. It may or may not come faster.

Bringing your child is not guaranteed. Don’t know age of child but will need a study permit if of school age. Also budget daycare costs. It is expensive.
