Settle In Other Province

Hi All,

I am a Software Developer and I want to settle in Canada through Express Entry - Provincial Nomination Program. My question is that, suppose I have immigrated to British Columbia and I have found a job, is there any way to change my province from British Columbia to Ontario? can I permanently settle in Ontario, although I have immigrated on British Columbia PNP.
