Dear all senior, is it possible to postpone study session after visa approval? Is visa restrict or bond us to join the same session? Is college mentioned on visa? If someone has offer letter from two colleges, applied with one college and want to join second college then how it can be possible?

If you decide to defer, you will have to apply again for the TRV since it won't be valid for more than 3 months (initially for your first entry).

On what basis can I apply for TRV? Is it different from study permit? Further is is possible to join another college and course than college mentioned in study application?

1. You first apply for SP but get only TRV (to enter Canada) + LOI, and you get SP at POE by showing your LOI + PP + TRV. SP do not allow you to enter Canada.
2. If you have received your SP after June 1st, 2014, you can change school by notifying CIC via MyCIC.

Dear thanks for ur reply. I dont understand by ur word 'SP do not
allow you to enter Canada.' Further how much time is normally required to change school? And when should we ask to change school before entering or after entering to canada?
