Hi helpful members,

I am planning to complete my landing procedures after CoPR and return back to USA. I am planning to goto Windsor Detroit Tunnel. Can someone confirm working hours for completing landing procedures? I got https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/do-rb/offices-bureaux/907-eng.html page, but it's confusing if office/staff that process CoPR will be available.

Can I go late evening like 9PM? What happens if I happen to leave and don't get my CoPR processed and have to come back to USA? Will there be any issues next morning when I go again? I do have valid i797 H1b stamping so coming back to USA should be ok.

Thank you in advance!

Canada side won’t allow you in my friend. You need 14 day quarantine plan and you should be going there permanently to be allowed entry

I have read many posts lately where they were able to complete the landing procedures and come back to USA even though CIC mentions only perm settlers should go. My CoPR is expiring in 2 weeks, so I have decided to complete the procedures. Hoping that it goes well for me too.

Short landings are not allowed although some border agents have made their own decisions and have allowed it. It isn’t guaranteed.
