I have a problem understanding the question. Deputed to US location? Assuming that a Canadian employer has transferred you to the US? What is Paychex?
If you were already working for a Canadian employer before you were transferred to the US, you should be able to count your days for PR. However, it also depends on if the employer counts as Canadian. They can be strict on that. Maybe this is a US company that operates in Canada or maybe they have transferred you to a US branch of their company so you are technically not working for the Canadian employer any more.
You need to contact CIC with the details of your employment and find out for sure what applies in your case.
