Hi i came on student visa in jan 2018 .. i failed in 1 semester and lefty study for 8 months.. My study permit gonna expire in july 2019 .. Did I have a chance to extend if i go to school in May classes

If you obtain a study permit but do not attend the school, you will be reported by the school. Your study permit is automatically cancelled.
Are you still in Canada or not? If yes, that means your stay (maybe also work) in Canada was not authorized.
