hi i am aman from india..really very tricky situation 4 me..my family has applied for the PR..my brother is also staying there in canada @ work permit and he is not part of the PR application process..Now i want 2 apply 4 the student visa...i have college offer letter with me...Is there any chance of getting it..?
Should I hide the info that I have already applied 4 the PR..?
Will it effect the PR process anywayz..?

CIC will know if you have another application in process

I have no idea what CIC will say if you apply for another type of visa, but expect that they will ask you to proceed with one application only

You cannot hide such information. Like john said, they will know. And when they find out that you lied, both of your applications might be denied.

You can still apply for student visa even though you have a PR application in process. You have to convince the Immigration Officer that you will leave Canada once you complete your studies.

actualy i have the same type of problem. i said no the quistion"did u rejected?" however i rejected once and reaplied.
i was not aware either they check my privious application.
can i disclose this information before the interview. if yes? will it not effect my application?
