Hello, Applied for parents visitor visa from India in September 2024.
Applied: Sep. 21, 2024
Bio updated: Sep. 24, 2024
Eligibility completed on tracker: Dec. 09, 2024
Recently had a call with customer support agent and I was told everything is passed, awaiting for final decision. It’s already past average processing time (from India). Recently called agent again and they left a note for visa office about the processing time being completed on Jan. 15, 2025
Do you think that will prompt a decision soon?
And anyone received their decisions with similar timeline?

Background still in progress but when I called IRCC they said it’s completed
