Mine Portal 2 is September 19 and no Ecopr yet. Did you received any updates? Not sure, why there is a delay for some.

It looks like eCoPR can easily take over a month after P2 (although most receive it within a month). Check in the tracker here, you can sort by the most recent eCoPR dates to compare: https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/cec-express-entry-tracker

Submitted mine 2nd December and nothing yet.
