I recieved it today. It is stamped on oct 1. It was recieved by them on sept 25. It was sent to me on oct 9. Really slow...

I am from Latin America living with a work visa on the US, earlier this year I applied online and submitted my passport to Los Angeles when they requested it, the visa said it was issued in Ottawa, so I dont think there is a straight answer ;D

I am uploading all of my TRV documents and it was already provided but i did not see any next button so i could proceed to the next level. or should i submit and provide all of the supporting documents they needed for until i could see the next button and proceed? anyone there? how did you reached to the paying process and signature level? please i need help in here.

my app on Sep. 4th to NY consulate. they requested and received my pp on 24th (tracked by ups). till today no response...

08/22/2013 - Applied for TRV Canada(Online). I live in Philadelphia (USA) and I did online application.
09/10/2013 - Received email update to submit passport.
09/26/2013 - Submitted passports through USPS to NYC Office
09/27/2013 - Consulate General of Canada in NYC (1251 Avenue of the Americas address) received passport (I had tracking of this envelope available)

10/17/2013 - Havent received passport yet. (over two weeks have passed).

I dont have the tracking number of return envelope. What are my options?

Did anybody try calling any number or is there any email address that we can use to contact them. I called twice on one of their numbers 212-596-1628 but it always just asks you to leave a message with your phone number. I did that twice already.

Guys, if your passport seems to be taking a LONG time to get back when you applied online, remember that on the instructions they asked to put E-APP on the address so that they know its been already evaluated, if you didn't put E-APP then it most likely will end up in the 'to review' pile and they only will notice it has already been approved when they finally open it.

Did any of y'all who have been waiting for long put E-APP on your envelope when sending it?

I did put EAPP on the address as per instructions. Still havent received the passport back yet.

Based on what is seen from the visa, the date they issue the visa, is the date the request the passport. It is issued at CPP Ottawa rather than NY. Also, they give me a two entries visa with an expire date two days after my return flight; so they do checked the receipt of my flight ticket, as it is not shown by the file they want me to file.

CPP said they will return my pp next early week, I applied online on Sep 11
