September Intake and Travel to Canada

Hi guys, I had deferred my admission from May to September thinking that things will more or less fall in place. I have my student visa and my spouse's owp stamped. However, my university has mentioned that the fall term will be online. If the travel restrictions are lifted, will my spouse and I be able to go to Canada and attend the online classes there. My spouse would want to work and I know finding a job would take time. But we still want to go by September.

Not sure any answer given now would be more than speculation given nobody has any idea how long the current restrictions will go on for. You would hope that with a valid study permit and spouse OWP travel would be possible by the fall but no way to predict, could say yes now then things do not change and might be a different answer.

Above only my view so others may have a different view.
