Got a conditional offer letter for September 2020 intake. They are instructed to pay 2500 CAD for securing my seat before May 6, 2020. Since I'm not in my resident country is it wise to pay the mentioned amount. Please help me out

Are they even taking International students for Sept 2020 intake? The situation of COVID is still not clear.
