Feb 28 applied March 28 got offer wat abt u?Ohh k whn u applied nd whn u received ur offer?

just got my letter of acceptance for graduate certificate in project management Conestoga college brantford campus Sept 2019 intake... My offer validity is till 27th April. Can anybody suggest me regarding should I accept the offer?? It's a one year course.. will I be able to do another one year program after this and get 3 years stay back??

And its mentioned 1 academic year 8 months course
Start date : sept 3rd 2019
End date : April 24,2020
So will there be time for me to apply for 2nd pgdm..visa validity?

Even i applied on 8th March, still haven’t got any response
