September intake 2017

Hi
My name is Sourav, I applied for work visa for canada from Chandigarh office on 17 March 207 and i received a letter with my passport
Mark with other reason and I did not get any visa why is it.please help me.
 
I applied on 9th june 2017 for September intake and till date there is no update regarding my application.. it also exceed normal processing time. What should i do now

I want to know what is the average processing time for the student visa file for Chd embassy?
I have applied on May 15 but has not got any update yet. I am really worried now. Is there anyone else in the same boat??

I applied on 9th june still no update
