Take your ielts exam as soon as possible.normally it takes 13 days for result but who knows they may postpone the result.and offer letters are out for september intake.many people have applied for visa application.GIC account normally takes one week for processing but again it can also take some time.At last Attach a strong SOP with your application,in which you should explain VO why you are taking that speciefic course,college and even why CANADA?.dont take risks do everything smoothly,counsult best agent.Best of luck for your future.

I'm a 2012 CSE B.Tech passout with 6.6 CGPA. 12th - 81%, 10th - 89.4%.

Looking to get into Lambton for their MBCT – Mobile Application Development (Co-op) – Two Years (First Year = $14,020, Second Year = $2230) or IPRC – Internet Programming & Database Management (Co-op) – Two Years (1st Year = $15,420, 2nd Year = $630). Both provides 3 years work permit.

Is Lambton a good option?

Going through this forum I found out conestoga has got lot of reputation in Ontario don't know about lambton can't comment.

Even I have around 2+ years of Experience as IT Engineer.. I wanted to know how are the job opportunities in Ontario if you have done any research or have any idea or know someone. please share...

I m applying for "mobile and social media management" (1 year) in Algonquin college. I m trying for this September but havnt appear for IELTS yet (dont know if i will be ready till june).

I m going to meet Algonquin college representative who is coming to Mumbai, its through Geebee education. Geebee says atleast have a talk with representative, i hope their is no harm. If i get the admission, can i ask them for conditional offer. Can i ask for Jan 2014 intake now or for next year admission??.

Please share your views about this college? its a public funded and comes under SPP. I hope it comes in good ranking.

7.5 - Listening
6.5 - Writing
6.5 - Reading
5.5 - Speaking

I am planning to go for PG course in Toronto.
My past score is very good, I have scored Distinction in all including Schooling and college study..

What are the chances to get Admission in well reputed college such as Seneca or Humber etc..

What are the other options for PG course??

Please explain in detail.

I'm planning to do mba in canada and my eduction background is 10th-73%, 12th-79% & btech(ece)- 59% with 13 backlogs. I already given my ielts and had overall band of 6.5 with listeing-7.5, reading-7, writing-6.5& speaking -5.5.

1) can I apply under spp even after having 13 backlogs and what is the sucess rate.
2) what are the other ways I can apply with this percentage and ielts band.

i also did BCA and i applied in humber college for pgd in wireless telecommunication...i have submitted my file on monday...i also got 7.0 band,...

Hello Guys,

I have 2 doubts in my mind... :-\

1st doubt, I have got admission in Project management in Information technology (PMC) at Seneca@York college.
My reason for worry is, if this is good course or there are chances of getting jobs in same field after completing this course ?

Some of my friends are suggesting not to for management side, :o while some of them are appreciating the decision :).

So I need to know about the chances of getting job and career path for this particular growth.


2nd doubt, This is 1 yr PG course, and so I will be getting 1 yr work permit after study.
If I consider my self at worst case, If I will not get job after 1yr of study and if I apply for another 1 yr course, then is it true that I will be getting 3 year work permit based on 2 years of study??

Kindly help me in detail for this doubts.
