Here is my situation:
FSW-O
AOR: Sept 16
MP: Sept 24
On Sept 24 BG was showing: Your application is in progress.We will send you a message wn we start your BG check.

On Oct 1: My BG is Not applicable
I never checked in between so not sure wn exactly my BG changed to NA.Right now my account looks like this:

Application status: We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents: We are reviewing additional documents provided by you.
Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check: Not applicable
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Since 1Oct nothing changed.Could anyone help me to find which stage I am at?

Looks like you are in NA2 and your IP1 is done. Next step is IP2 where your background check will start and the status in your account will change to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information". In IP2, your additional documents might change to "We don't need any additional documents from you....", but not guaranteed.

Timeline wise IP2 can start in few days or in few weeks/months. I have been in NA2 for almost 2 months before moving to IP2.

ADR: Oct 11( submitted on Oct 13) - color scan of PPR and Oct 17 (submitted on Oct 23)- IMM5567E along with passport pages scan as a proof of travel history
BGS: Not Applicable ( since Oct 26)

Is my case at NA2 or IP2? I have had an extensive travel history, do you think this is what has caused the delays in processing? Based on the current trend, people are getting to IP2 from NA2 on an average 9 day period. I am already over that threshold. Do you think I should send them a query or order notes? How do I know if my case has been assigned to a case officer or not and if its in LVO or in Ottawa.

Wohoooo finally got a good news from Gisele, had sent CPC Ottawa asking what is my visa office. got the below reply.

Hi, please let me know how to contact the visa office in Ottawa. I am sitting at NA2 (most likely) since 26th October and don't know the visa office as well. So would writing to them help in anyway? Please reply!

No...not yet...I am thinking of waiting till 16 Nov as I have read at many forums dat it takes at least 60 days to get PPR..

No, I don't know how to send it
In my case they requested for additional docs. 2 times which made the process late by 2 weeks. On average as per immitracker also, its taking around 9-11 days for the status to change. So will wait this week, but I am very anxious!!!
When I asked my agent, he told me that due to ADR my application would now be down below in the queue so would have to wait.

Do you know if you have a case officer yet and whats your visa office?
How does one find out?

Hi, need guidance on the below.
I am a PNP- Ontario Outland Applicant
AOR: 23rd Sep,17
MED Clear and BC: Not Applicable, AD not required since 22nd Oct 2017

Since then there is no update. Can someone please guide me if PNP applications take more time for BC ?? And also how much time would it take for PPR?

STAGE 2:: After medical update is done, then agent at CIO will change our BG to IP or NBG. Then, he will start R10 check, Criminal checks.

STAGE 4:: Officer at Local Visa Office (LVO) will review the recommendation, Security clearance reports. Once he/she satisfies then he/she will approve the recommendation. Then our BG will be changed to IP again. This is where PPR(Passport Request) mails triggered to applicants.

At stage 3, when the background check status changes to NA - is it changed after A11.2 assessment or before? Also, the file moves from CIO to CPC during IP2 or NA. My status is NA, so what I want to know is what exactly has happened with my application so far. Is the A11.2 check done and has the file moved to LVO. Please help to clarify, thanks!

AOR: Sept 21.
Medicals were sent to IRCC on Oct 23.
On Nov 1, I was asked to pay RFRP Fees of 490. I paid it on Nov 2.
BG is NA.

Is it normal for this to take so long? I am Inland CEC.

My AOR 10 SEPtember, Medical passed and BG status = We are processing..... ithink it is same sicne medical passed. That was one week from AOR. I alos was aked to pay rprf on October 31st. I paid same day. I am CEC to .. Please keep me posted about your progress

I got the same message on last thursday and my ADR got updated to "We don't need additional document from you". I am at NA2 since October 6th..

That can be a good sign, I went into IP2 the second day when i got that update.
