I have received AIP on sept 3 too

Applied : 13th july
AIP : 3rd sept(via mail)
Medical : upfront (not updated yet)
Biometrics : 30th November
Status : nothing after AIP
StatusWe are reviewing....)
College on dli list : since the beginning of Nov
I have been seeing some refusals too. My anxiety is at peak because my first semester has already ended!!

I got my AIP on September 3. Biometric given on November 30. BLV and OPR received on December 1. Passport submitted on December 15, passport got stammped and dispatch from IRCC Singapore on December 22. I will collect my passport tomorrow as it has arrived in the VAC I submitted my passport today.

I applied on Aug 19 online from Bangladesh.

It's non SDS. Bangladesh is not under SDS catagory. I applied on August 19.
