Background shows still in process but when I called IRCC they said background too completed .
Still waiting for the decision.

is anyone with same timeline

We have applied for my parents visitor visa from India on August 22,2024. Since then status is frozen, it only shows Biometric completed. no further progress of any kind. any one with the status/situation?
