I applied to Niagara and Seneca college, got the offer from the Niagara but it's been 28 days no response form Seneca. Should I wait?
Applied to langara college and capilano University for fall 2023 but waiting for offer letter from both sides .

Hope you are doing well. My sister is waiting to hear back on her study permit. She has an 8 year gap in her education <but she was working as a software engineer in that time>.
She was accepted in the University of Windsor master's program. I am getting a little worried since we haven't heard back from them since 25 Jan 2023.
Timeline:
18 Jan 23: file submitted
18 Jan: Biometric collection letter
25 Jan: Medical passed
31 Jan: Biometric validity information letter.
Should I really be worried or is this normal? I see the accepted cases hear back in around 20 days.
