Hi Guys. Anyone here in the same situation as me?

We submitted my wife's application on September 13, 2023, received AOR two months later, and then sent the medical exam on December 4, 2023. Then it's been dead silence then.

The Status Tracker website shows that the background check is still in progress, eligibility has not started yet, and the latest update was on December 18, 2023.

It seems most people here who applied in September have already received their PR. Also the processing time on the IRCC is 10 months now and we've already surpassed that. What can we do in this case?

I think GCKey is more reliable than the tracker. When my application was in progress, I receive updates in GCKey that I don't get in my tracker. So always check your GCKey. And as others recommend, you can try ordering GCMS notes.

Anyone here waiting for PPR? Got pre-arrival Aug 14, we applied Sept 18. Singapore Visa office… Taking so long, I think all other VOs have processed their applications except ours..

Tracker is not working anymore, and has not been updating since May 2024.
You could order GCMS notes to see where exactly your application is and how far it progressed. You can also ask your local MP for a status update, informing them its been over 10 months. I'm an August applicant and am still waiting, so don't worry something will happen soon for us.

My tracker all of a sudden came back to life. it was dead since March 24 and all of a sudden in last week of september, got bunch of updates.
Though i have been regularly ordering GCMS and that keeps me updated. The tracker is couple of timelines behind the GCMS.
