You don't have to print a hard copy .

Fill up the form , simply write the full name as per passport and click on "Validate". To confirm, on the left top corner ,your name will reflect and the barcode will be generated. Just upload that with file name " lastname_firstname_IMM1344"

Yes, before September 2022 ,people had to fill the form as pdf. Now its all online .Until you fill it completely, it wont submit or validate. Thats the only way you can confirm this .

Thank you so much for your response. And what about 5406 and 0008? They are also online portal forms and have no space for signature not even name typing space. It just says "complete & return to application". But in the checklist last page of affirmation whether we signed all docs or not, they do ask there whether we signed 0008 and 5406? What shall i do?

HI , Question ?i did apply for my spouse sponsorship September 1st .
I got an email today from IRCC saying they did return the application , I apply through a representative . how long does take again to process the file ?
( incomplete missing signatures )

Which form had missing signature ? Representative didn't review the package before submitting ?

Just tick the boxes in the checklist. Online forms cant be checked for signatures.

Part B ,representative has to fill and sign
Part D signature of PA and Sponsor

Wow, it is insane that IRCC returned the file instead of asking to revise it. I feel nervous for my application. Good luck to everyone!

This 2 month wait for AOR to finally having application returned is insane.

UR wife will get AOR soon.... as according to my agent Aor takes 2 to 3 months.... but now ircc giving response fast..... so best of luck....... with in few days ur wife will recieve Aor

Are there two different AORs sent. I (the sponsor) got an email with application number and my UCI from when I first came in to Canada as a student. Now, is this only for sponsor and my wife (Principal Applicant) will get another AOR if the sponsorship is approved?
