I am sorry to ask what is likely a simple question I should know the answer to by now, but I am confused. I read a lot about people getting updates on their "tracker". I have my Sponsor tracker (the one you sign in using your UIC) which right now just shows a time line of "We have received and are reviewing.." and the "Eligibility complete" Jan 09 2024. We also have the Permanent Residence Portal, which just shows a pdf link to the application and the date it was submitted - the "Action" column has View which is greyed out and cannot be clicked. I have fought with the GCKey IRCC page to link an application (sponsor and PA accounts) and I never get any results.
We are getting our email updates, which is great, but if there is some tracker I am missing that I can check on my own, I would love to know what that is! Adding - on the master Google Sheet PR tracker, column AR says "are you registered with New Online Tracker" - what is that?
