September 2023 SPOUSAL PR **OUTLAND** Sponsorship

I am sorry to ask what is likely a simple question I should know the answer to by now, but I am confused. I read a lot about people getting updates on their "tracker". I have my Sponsor tracker (the one you sign in using your UIC) which right now just shows a time line of "We have received and are reviewing.." and the "Eligibility complete" Jan 09 2024. We also have the Permanent Residence Portal, which just shows a pdf link to the application and the date it was submitted - the "Action" column has View which is greyed out and cannot be clicked. I have fought with the GCKey IRCC page to link an application (sponsor and PA accounts) and I never get any results.

We are getting our email updates, which is great, but if there is some tracker I am missing that I can check on my own, I would love to know what that is! Adding - on the master Google Sheet PR tracker, column AR says "are you registered with New Online Tracker" - what is that?

It’s the tracker that you’re already using! Nothing new.

Both the principal applicant and the sponsor can make an account where you have made your sponsor account. The PA uses their own UCI. The PA sees more info than the sponsor’s account.

You can call IRCC and ask.

Both the principal applicant and the sponsor can make an account where you have made your sponsor account. The PA uses their own UCI. The PA sees more info than the sponsor’s account.

No prob! It’s a ridiculous number of online accounts and passwords between both PA and sponsor. Submission, fees, two tracker accounts, GC key…

If 90 days pass, you must call IRCC to find out what is going on.

I don't see any update on my account, it just shows Status: Submitted nothing has changed since the submission.

The number is correct if you are outside of Canada.

You have to go through an operator before you are able to talk to a real human. Did you submit your application inland or outland?
If you submitted your outland application inland, you submitted incorrectly; that's why there is no update.
Call the IRCC Call Centre (1-888-242-2100), from within Canada only, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm local.

unfortunately, the outland application was submitted inland, while submitting we both reviewed it together and submitted
How do they identify outland applications submitted inland, based on IP address? if that's the case please advise what would the option to fix it

Dec 5 sent mail as mentioning your file is been transfer to Delhi Office from Mississauga office.
Jan 5th 2024 eligibility in progress.

I was wondering why my file transfers to Delhi Office and any idea when can I will get PPR request.?

Usually it is transferred if there is an additional complication. For example, a dependent that will stay behind, a previous marriage or relationship or uncertain/ suspicious home address. The local office will be able to investigate that more thoroughly or conduct interviews.
Mississauga only deals with clear simple applications. That's why everyone who has pre-arrival after 3 months mostly likely has Mississauga as their VO.

Any updates from anyone with the Singapore VO. Eligibility and Background is in progress, Biometrics completed and no sign of a medical request anywhere. Heading into 161 days since application submission.

Anyone else has experience with the Singapore VO with an idea of their timelines?
