what is mentioned in correspondence letter?
Also, you cannot get it stamped from india. It has to be stamped in canada as you applied inside canada application. Stamping timeline is pretty fast. Within 10 days it get stamped.

The work permit itself does not need stamping but you do need to have your a valid visa for entry. You cannot enter back into Canada with just work permit. If your visa is expired or expiring you need to get it stamped again.
