1. yes
2. Yes
3. Remember at the section asking number of family member, you have to + 1. Assuming you guys don’t have any children, then the number will be 2.

Thanks for the answers.
I found it weird but managed to link application after using 2 members on application.

You got OWP instantly?

Because my husband is a US citizen, he can apply for OWP at port of entry.
We were having a date over the weekend to the US, then we applied when we were on the way back.

kind of similar with flagpole, just without denying entry to the US (which won’t happen to us lol)

Okay. Thanks.

Resubmitted on September 1 after the application was returned on August 31 because of a missing form.

I thought we are supposed to sign imm5532 digitally? IRCC wants hand signature now?

I have no idea. I posted a question about that in a new thread. Here is their exact wording as the rejection letter:
Relationship Information and Sponsorship Evaluation (IMM 5532)
  • Please provide a completed and signed Relationship Information and Sponsorship Evaluation (IMM 5532).
  • Missing handwritten signature(s):
    • The sponsor must sign the following sections: Part A, #9 and Part C, #12. The principal applicant must sign the following sections: Part B, #5 and Part C, #13

Could someone please answer my question ?
When I had applied for my PR via Express Entry, I had listed my spouse as a Non Accompanying Dependent. My spouse is currently in Canada on a Temporary Resident Visa and I am Sponsoring my Spouse under the "Spouse or Common-in-Law Partner in Canada class. Under IMM5533, what should be my response to the question "Information about Previous Examination" ?

The form was digitally signed. I resubmitted the form as is the second time. We only update the signature data.
I think they want hand digitally sign? For us I printed as a PDF format and insert our signatures on it. Not sure what they really want.

After getting the AOR on the 17th of October, we got our medicals request today on the 27th. This was our first application requiring any medicals, earliest local slot was on November 10th for the actual appointment.

The journey continues!

Your bf is a US citizen right? He can apply at the border for his OWP. Checkout my answer earlier in the same thread.
