Looking at the tracker, considering there are only 6 people ahead of me who's LPP is outstanding, I keep giving myself assurance that the wait won't be long haha.

Assume that only 2-5% people are actually on tracker/forum

Rest still have applications and oaths you can gauge the sheer scale of operations based on number of people getting oaths almost every day and over 80 people

So keep your expectations accordingly

My mom is also scheduled to take the oath on February 8th but did not receive the invitation letter yet.
She called yesterday IRCC call centre and the agent told her that she has to wait
