FSW O french . AOR 12 September and nothing started, is this normal?

Not very normal, but can easily happen. Bunch of folks here who took 3-4 months to get their MEP/BIL. However, consider calling IRCC to understand where your application is.

tracker got updated. My eligibility and background both the same meanwhile other people with same AOR and few with AOR after me got their eligibility completed. IRCC is unpredictable as *******

No, IRCC is fine - if anything, they are doing their job way better than what we expect them to do based on a 6 month SLA. You assumed that you will be processed based on your AOR date, which is a wrong assumption. Your VO, your application's complexity isn't the same as others. These comparisons aren't empirical by any means.

ive got a very simple application. My BIL/MEP was also processed within two weeks. Anyways, its just an assumption. All i can do is wait.

Your VO, your cohort's SLA level predictions, your case processing officer, etc isn't the same.

Have you noticed that there's a lot of PNP's recently getting PPR while FSW PPR's have kinda slowed down recently? I'm talking about CIO Sydney PVO & CPC Ottawa SVO .
