yeah, my ECAS says DECISION MADE. don't quite know what decision!
tracker has same visual as yours.

Here my friend, you and I have a different status. I didn't ask for it to be emailed but saved the page as a PDF instead. But without you asking for it, in some cases, emails have been sent (saw in other forums)

Yes. It will get completed when the parents application gets completed.
Guys I have a question!, do you get a GU on any of the tracker/ecas before you get the test invite? or it just shows suddnely on tracker?
Guys, Can someone assist me to know how long it takes to get AOR. I have filed my application through online. Further, I tried contact IRCC through email and they reverted stating the your application in received but in process. I'm worried that it shouldn't take this long to get AOR. Can someone please there thoughts on it.

You did not mention when you submitted the application. That matters as AOR in June 22 was just a week but now its ~60 days for paper application and ~20 days for online application.

Anxiously waiting for that test invite.

- We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on September 22, 2022.
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on November 3, 2022.
3. We started processing your application on January 21, 2023.

Either test or BG check will happen first. Mostly BG check is the first thing that is processed and then test invite
I think you missed the AOR email as it does not take so much time. Check if you received any email from "Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca" or "@cic.gc.ca"
If you received none call IRCC and ask for Application Number as they said your application is in process. Using that and the UCI you should be able to create a tracker account on https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en
