Hello, my application got delivered on Oct 3rd. It was a bit delayed due to the weather.
Perhaps I should move to the October applicants group?
Still waiting on AOR.

Dont know why but i feel like september and after will be slow because probably we too late to fit in there 2021-2022 300.000 citizenship plan..
i also noticed that aor are going really slow nowadays.

Just a question, I received an email yesterday regarding passport's gap. See below:
Passport Gap('s):
There is a gap in the validity period of the passport
covering the (5) years immediately before the date of the application.
Please provide an explanation why the passport does not cover the entire period of time from 2021/12/22 to 2022/04/26 and whether you traveled outside Canada during that period.
Passport got expired on 2021/12/22 - I think this will accept this reason, right?

you don't have a choice mate. you have to mention the reason that resulted in the gap, and not a reason they'll accept! yeah, to soften it, you can sprinkle a bit of COVID related travel freeze etc. that you didn't need to travel hence renew the PP or that there was a delay in PP renewals due to COVID staffing etc.Just a question, I received an email yesterday regarding passport's gap. Thanks... and we don't have my country's consulate where I live now so I really need to wait for the next outreach to renew mine.
Just Got My AOR today morning, at 7 :00 AM along with the Family, however, its based on old address, so its seems they just pulling the data from CO-PR.

I really dont understand IRCC misterious ways of working I applied online sept 6 and 3 days after I got my AOR like 3 days after I aplied , I really hope I also next steps soon .
Did you get a response about this? Both me and my husband received AOR but nothing for my child too.

AOR: I got an email on Oct 7th 2022, with a PDF Letter. The subject in the letter was: APPLICATION FOR CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP. It has an Application number on the top right. Not sure if this is the AOR or not? Can someone please let me know, thanks
I tried registering on the status tracker page (with UCI and the Application number) but I keep getting an error saying 'Incorrect UCI or Application Number', so was not sure what I am doing wrong?
Also, do we get a verification code 'after' we successfully enter the UCI and Application number and click on 'Next Step' in the registration page?

I think their main focus is to clear old applications and issue as many AORs they can until holidays and once we are in the new year, things will start moving forward. Just my assumption!!
Probably and every time mess up something for linxord lol.
I think things are still recovering from the gap in between because of the storms. They are still catching up, they had AORs down quick but are lagging again. I'm hoping we will see some good activity this month and before holidays.
