LPP was completed on June 15 and had not moved since then. I see that sending emails has worked for some of our friends here.
I called the IRCC yesterday and got the information that my application is in the Mississauga IRCC office.

Is there anyone who can share the Mississauga office email for oath ceremony request?

As far as I know you can know your application is non routine by calling them
